How this is calculated
We track XRP's daily USD closing price back to 2018-05-04 (3066 days of data). When you pick a purchase date, we find that day's price, work out how much XRP your amount would have bought (or use the XRP amount you entered directly), and multiply by the current live XRP price to get today's value.

How far back does the historical data go?
Back to {{ historicalPriceMeta.earliestDate }} — the earliest daily XRP/USDT price data available from our data source. If you pick an earlier date, we use the earliest available price instead.
Is this exact?
It's a close estimate based on daily closing prices, not exact minute-by-minute execution prices, and it doesn't account for exchange fees or spread. Good for a quick "what if" gut check, not for tax filing — use the Tax Calculator for that, with its own caveats.
Does this include transaction fees or exchange fees?
No — this is a pure price calculation. Any real trade would have exchange fees, spread, and possibly XRPL network fees (which are tiny) on top.
