A ranking of the largest XRP Ledger accounts by balance. It's fully public information — the XRP Ledger is a transparent, open blockchain, so anyone's account balance can be looked up by address.
Are the top holders all exchanges?
Many of the largest accounts are exchange hot/cold wallets, Ripple's own escrow accounts, and other large custodial holders rather than individual investors — a high rank on the rich list doesn't necessarily mean one single person or entity in the way it might sound. The top entries labeled "Ripple" below are the company's own escrow accounts, not a single wallet controlled by one person.
Is the XRP rich list public? How does on-chain transparency work?
